When a hardship makes it hard to pay the mortgage, the first thing most servicers ask for is a completed Uniform Borrower Assistance Form. It’s four pages of dense questions, and a missing answer or an unchecked box can delay a decision for weeks.
MyMortgageMod turns that form into a guided, plain-English questionnaire. It adds up your income and expenses as you go, remembers where you left off, tells you which supporting documents apply to you, and prints a clean copy that follows the layout of the official form — with proper checkboxes — ready for your signature.
What we don’t do
We don’t contact your servicer, promise results, or charge fees. We’re not a law firm, a lender or a housing counseling agency. If you’d like someone to help you one-on-one, a HUD-approved housing counselor can do that for free.
